摘    要:目的了解重症监护室泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌医院感染危险因素,制定控制措施。方法采用现场调查和回顾性分析方法,对重症监护室一起泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌引发呼吸道感染事件进行了调查。结果该医院重症监护室1周内连续发生4例由铜绿假单胞菌引起的下呼吸道医院感染病例。同时在该ICU内多种物体表面和护工护士手上检出同源铜绿假单胞菌,检出率最高达75.00%。所检出的PA菌株为泛耐药菌株,除对多粘菌素敏感外,对其他临床常用14种抗菌药物均耐药。结论该医院重症监护室发生一起泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染爆发事件,在病人入住的病房内多种物体表面和工作人员手上检出同源PA菌株。

Abstract:Objective To understand the hazard factors of the outbreak of Pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Intensive Care Unit(ICU) and to work out suitable control measures.Methods Investigation on the spot and the retrospective analysis method were used to investigate an incident that the pan-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa caused the lower respiratory infection in ICU.Results In ICU of the hospital continuously 4 cases of lower respiratory tract infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa happened in a week.In ICU the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were detected from the surface of many objects and the hands of nurses and hospital assistants and the highest detection rate was 75.00%.The detected Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were Pan-drug resistant that were resistant to all the 14 clinical commonly used antibiotics except for polymyxin.Conclusion The cause of the outbreak of pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is from the environmental pollution in the intensive care unit.The same Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains are detected from the surface of many objects and hands of work staff.
