| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定泽漆含漱液中芦丁和没食子酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。方法采用HPLC法对水煎煮法制备所得泽漆含漱液中黄酮类成分芦丁和酚酸类成分没食子酸进行测定,对测定方法进行验证。结果芦丁和没食子酸质量浓度在0.625~20.000μg·mL~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(芦丁r=0.999 2,没食子酸r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性和加样回收率的RSD值均小于4.5%。结论建立的HPLC法简单、重复性好,满足泽漆含漱液的质量分析要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin and gallic acid in Euphorbia helioscopia Gargle . Methods The contents of flavonoid ingredient rutin and phenolic acid ingredient gallic acid in Euphorbia helioscopia Gargle ,which was prepared by water decoction ,were determined by HPLC and the method was validated .Microbial limit was examined .Results The linear range of rutin and gallic acid were 0 .625‐20 .000 μg · mL -1 (rutin:r=0 .999 2 ,gallic acid :r=0 .999 9) .RSDs of preci‐sion ,stability and recovery tests were all less than 4 .5% .Conclusion The HPLC method is simple and reproducible ,and could be used for the quality analysis of Euphorbia helioscopia Gargle . |
