中药香加皮的研究进展

目的了解香加皮的研究进展,为香加皮的进一步开发和利用提供参考。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,进行归纳、分析,对香加皮的化学成分、生物活性及质量控制进行综述。结果香加皮所含的化学成分包括C21甾类、强心苷类、萜类和其他类,其中主要为C21甾类,均为孕甾烯醇类化合物。现代药理研究表明香加皮具有强心、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗炎等多种生物活性。香加皮药材质量控制方法包括高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱研究及指标成分的含量测定。结论香加皮的现代研究取得了一定的进展,但研究的深度仍不够,存在一些问题,需要进一步探讨。

Advances on Chinese herbal medicine Periplocae cortex

Objective To summary the advances on Periplocae cortex and provide a reference for further exploration and utilization . Methods The domestic and overseas research literatures on chemical constituents ,bioactivities and quality control of Periplocae cortex were consulted ,reviewed and analyzed .Results The chemical constituents of this crude drug include C21 steroids ,cardiac glu‐cosides ,terpenoids and others .The main compounds are C21 steroids which are all the pregnane enols .Modern pharmacological re‐search has demonstrated that Periplocae cortex have cardiotonic ,antitumor ,immunomodulatory and anti‐inflammatory effects . The methods of quality control include high‐performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) fingerprint and determination of bioactive constituents .Conclusion Although much progress has been made in modern research of Periplocae cortex ,there are still some problems and the depth of research is still insufficient ,which need further exploration .
