| 摘 要： | 目的分析安徽省实施集中招标采购对县级公立医院降糖药品使用的影响。方法随机选取安徽省5家县级公立医院,对招标前和招标后降糖药品的用药频度(DDDs)、日均治疗费用(DDC)和配送金额等进行统计和分析。结果招标后胰岛素和口服降糖药品的品种数、用药频度及配送金额均持续增长,其中胰岛素类和磺酰脲类的品种数、配送金额、用药频度在招标前和招标后均位居前列,招标前和招标后降糖药品的应用趋势基本一致。结论降糖药品的日均治疗费用在药品招标后下降趋势不明显,未来如何指导临床更加合理地选择药物值得进一步探讨,使药品集中招标采购在促进医疗机构合理用药中真正发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of the centerized bidding system of hypoglycemic agents in 5 county hospitals of Anhui province .Methods 5 county public hospitals were randomly selected in Anhui province and then the purchasing varieties ,DDDs , DDC and distribution amount of hypoglycemic agents before and after bidding were statisticaly analyzed .Results After bidding in‐sulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs species number ,DDDs and distribution amount were increased ,while the tender and application trend of hypoglycemic drugs before and after bidding was basicly consistent .Conclusions The DDC of hypoglycemic drugs after centerized bidding system of drugs showed a obvious downward trend .How to guide more rational choice of drugs is worth of fur‐ther exploration . |
