从灾害医学救援认知度调查分析救援队人员构成

目的 通过问卷调查了解区域性灾害医学救援认知度并分析医疗救援队人员构成情况,为灾害医学救援力量建设提供基本依据.方法 采用问卷调查法,对新疆6所综合医院抽组的400名医疗救援队成员进行灾害医学救援认知度现场问卷调查,包括基本情况6项和问卷内容30项,其中等级资料15项,客观资料15项.资料内容涵盖了灾害救援基本概念认知度、现场急救基本技术掌握程度、灾害救援勤务认知度及新疆灾害救援风险因素认知度等4方面内容.结果 “其他专业”(占51.0％、70.6％、54.9％、47.1％)、“初、中级职称”(占40.8％、67.8％、39.2％、36.3％)对灾害救援认知度相对最高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);“管理专业”(分别占50.0％、46.4％、42.9％、50.0％)、“高级职称”(占21.6％、51.4％、25.7％、31.5％)对灾害救援认知度相对最低(P＜0.05);文化程度与灾害救援认知度基本无关(P＞0.05).结论 医疗救援队不同专业、不同职称的配备不规范,需优化编组并强化“一专多能”的人才培养模式.

Investigation and analysis of rescue team member composition through knowledge of disaster medical rescue

Objective To find out about the level of knowledge of regional disaster medical rescue through a questionaire survey,and to analyze the member composition of medical rescue teams in order to provide reference for the construction of disaster medical rescue forces.Methods A on-site questionaire was used among 400 medical rescue team members selected from six general hospitals in Xinjiang to find out about their level of knowledge of disaster medical rescue,involving general knowledge of disaster medical rescue,first-aid expertise,knowledge of medical services and awareness of risks.Results Team members from other occupations and those with junior or intermediate professional titles had a better knowledge of disaster medical rescue (P ＜ 0.05) than executives and those with senior professional titles (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was of statistical significance.The level of education had little to do with the amount of knowledge of disaster relief(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Medical rescue teams should be staffed with people from different walks of life and with different professional titles.Members of rescue teams need to be optimized and grouped,and more professionals of medical rescue with diversified skills should be trained.
