HPLC法测定复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量

目的建立HPLC法测定复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷含量的方法。方法采用Extend C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-1mL·L~(-1)磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长为355nm。结果芦荟苷在45.12~2 553ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD值为1.0%(n=5)。结论该方法简单,准确,重复性好,可用于复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的质量控制。

Determination of barbaloin in Compound Aloe Capsules by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of barbaloin in Compound Aloe Capsules .Methods The a‐nalysis was performed on an Extend C18 (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) column with methanol‐1 mL · L -1 phosphate (50∶50) as the mobile phase .The flow rate was 1 .0 mL · min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 355 nm .Results The calibration curve was lin‐ear within the range of 45 .12‐2 553 ng(r=0 .999 7) ,and the average recovery was 100 .4% with RSD 1 .0% (n=5) .Conclusion The method was simple ,accurate ,and reproducible ,and could be used for the quality control of barbaloin in Compound Aloe Capsules .
