心理巡诊对改善高原基层士兵心理状况的作用

目的 探讨心理巡诊对改善高原基层士兵心理状况的作用.方法 2015-04至2015-05,采取整群抽样法选取该阶段内某高原部队的1021名士兵作为研究对象,将其设置为高原组,对这1021例高原士兵开展心理巡诊,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其进行心理健康评估,了解高原基层部队士兵的心理状况,并将国内士兵的心理评估数据作为常模,将高原士兵干预前的SCL-90评分与常模进行比较.在心理评估后,对他们进行相应的心理干预,比较干预前后高原组士兵的SCL-90各项因子评分、SDS评分.结果 高原组士兵在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等方面的得分均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).心理干预后,高原组士兵的SCL-90各项因子评分、SDS评分明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 高原基层部队士兵相对于非高原部队士兵,其心理状况更容易出现问题,对他们进行心理巡诊,有利于及时了解心理状况和有针对性进行心理干预,以改善他们的心理状况.

The role of psychological clinics to improve the psychological status of grass-roots soldiers on the plateau

Objective To explore the role of psychological clinics in improving the psychological state of plateau troops.Methods From April to May 2015,1021 soldiers garrisoned at high altitude were selected as subjects in the high altitude group by the stratified sampling method.The symptom checklist (SCL-90) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to assess the mental health of these soldiers on the plateau while the psychological assessment data of domestic soldiers were used as the norm for these plateau soldiers.The SCL-90 score of these soldiers before intervention was compared with the norm.After psychological assessment,all these soldiers were subjected to psychological intervention,and the SCL-90 score and SDS score of these soldiers before and after intervention were compared.Results The scores of soldiers in the high altitude group were significantly higher than the domestic norm (P ＜ 0.05).After psychological intervention,the SCL-90 score of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,fear and SDS score of soldiers in the high altitude group were significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The plateau troops are prone to psychological problems,so regular psychological consultation for plateau troops can help find out about their psychological status.Timely intervention of plateau troops in poor psychological condition is of benefit to the mental health of grass-roots soldiers on the plateau.
