摘    要:目的建立银杏叶茶中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的超高效液相色谱分析法。方法色谱柱:Thermo Scientific AcclaimTM RSLC 120C18 ODS(100mm×2.1mm,2.2μm);流动相:甲醇-4mL·L~(-1)磷酸溶液(50∶50);流速:0.3mL·min~(-1);检测波长:360nm。结果槲皮素在4.503~90.06ng、山柰素在3.586~71.72ng、异鼠李素在2.111~42.22ng范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为98.95%(RSD=0.87%),98.80%(RSD=0.90%)和98.78%(RSD=1.39%)。结论该方法简单,分析速度快,准确度高,可用于快速检测银杏叶茶中总黄酮醇苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoid components in Ginkgo biloba L .Tea .Methods The Thermo Scientific AcclaimTM RSLC 120 C18 column (100 mm × 2 .1 mm ,2 .2 μm) was used with methanol‐4 mL · L -1 phos‐phoric acid (50∶50) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0 .3 mL · min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 360 nm .Results There was a good liner relationship with the value of peak area and the sample concentration when the sample amounts of meletin , kaempferide ,and isorhamnetin were 4 .503‐90 .06 ,3 .586‐71 .72 ,and 2 .111‐42 .22 ng ,respectively .The average recovery was 98.95% (RSD=0 .87% ) ,98 .80% (RSD=0 .90% ) ,and 98 .78% (RSD=1 .39% ) ,respectively .Conclusion The method is simple , rapid and accurate .It can be used for the determination of the content in Ginkgo biloba L .Tea .
