经皮腹腔穿刺置管引流治疗腹部闭合性损伤38例

目的：探讨腹部闭合性损伤有效的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2010-01～2012-12该院收治的腹部闭合性损伤患者38例（行经皮腹腔置管引流非手术治疗）的临床资料。结果38例腹部闭合性损伤患者中，30例非手术治疗成功；6例中转手术，其中3例行肝破裂修补术，3例行脾切除术；2例行肠穿孔修补术，无死亡病例。结论经皮穿刺置管能动态观察腹部闭合性损伤病情进展情况，是一种简单、安全、有效的诊疗方法。

Clinical experience of percutaneous peritoneal catheter drainage in non-operative treatment for closed ab- dominal injury

Objective To explore the effective methods of diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal inju -ry.Methods The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed on 38 patients with closed abdominal injury undergoing percutaneous peritoneal catheter drainage （ PPCD ） in the hospital of Dahua county from Janury 2010 to December 2012 .Results Of 38 patients with closed abdominal injury received PPCD , 30 patients were cured by the non-opera-tive treatment, 6 patients received operative treatment during non-operative treatment , 3 patients with liver rupture re-ceived repair of liver , 3 patients with splenic rupture received splenectomy , 2 patients with intstine rupture received repair of intestine perforation .There was no death case .Conclusion PPCD can provide the conditions of the disease progress in the patients with closed abdominal injury and is a simple , safe and effective method for diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury .
