阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者治疗前后血压变化临床分析

目的：分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（ OSAHS）患者治疗前后血压变化情况。方法选取206例主诉打鼾患者，根据睡眠呼吸监测的结果，分为OSAHS组（ A组）139例和非OSAHS组（ B组）67例，观察OSAHS患者治疗前后24 h动态血压变化情况。结果 A组高血压的发生率均明显高于B组（ P＜0.05），其血压多呈非勺型。 OSAHS患者经过有效的经鼻持续气道正压通气（ NCPAP）、手术等治疗后，血压有下降的趋势。结论 OSAHS患者经有效治疗后血压等趋向于正常，可预防、减少心血管事件的发生。

Clinical analysis of blood pressure of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients before and after treatment

Objective To analyze the changes in blood pressure of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syn -drome（ OSAHS） patients before and after treatment .Methods Two hundred and six patients complained of snoring were divided into OSAHS group（139 cases） and non-OSAHS group（67 cases） by polysomnography（PSG）.All pa-tients were monitored 24 h ambulatory blood pressure with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring , and both groups re-sults were compared analyzed .OSAHS patients received reexamination for 24 h ambulatory blood pressure before treatment and after 6 months later, and the results were compared .Results The incidence of hypertension in OSAHS group were significantly higher than in non-OSAHS group （ P〈0.05 ） .The blood pressure of patients with OSAHS showed often a nondipper pattern .Followed-up of 6 months showed after effective nCPAP , surgery and other treat-ment, blood pressure in OSAHS patients had descendent tendency .Conclusion After effective treatment, blood pressure of OSAHS patients tends to be normal , and can prevent and reduce cardiovascular events .
