远针近推法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效观察

目的]观察远针近推法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法]将120例患者随机分为治疗组（使用远针近推法）60例和对照组（采用单纯手法）60例。治疗3个疗程后,以Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）、疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）、腰椎关节活动度的变化评估两组患者的临床疗效。结果]治疗组愈显率为85.0%,总有效率为98.3%,优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗后两组ODI评分、VAS评分、腰椎关节活动度评定均较治疗前有显著变化（P〈0.01）,且治疗组好于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论]远针近推法对腰肌劳损具有良好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Lumbar Muscle Strain Treated with Distant Acupuncture and Nearby Massage

Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of lumbar muscle strain treated with distant acupuncture and nearby massage. Methods] One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（60 cases） which was given distant acupuncture and nearby massage and the control group（60 cases） which was given only massage therapy.After three courses of treatment, the changes of Oswestry disability index,Visual analogue scale and lumbar spinal activity were observed and compared before and after treatmrnt in two groups. Evaluate the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results] In the treatment group,the cure and marked improvement rate was 85.0%, the total effective rate was 98.3%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Before and after treatment there was significant difference between the two groups in the Oswestry disability index, Visual analogue scale and Lumbar spinal activity（P〈0.01）, which of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion] Using distant acupuncture and nearby massage to treatment lumbar muscle strain has good therapeutic effect.
