| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小剂量胰岛素治疗急性脑血管病的疗效.方法 对86例急性脑血管疾病应用胰岛素治疗的结果进行回顾性分析、评价.结果 86例患者梗死显效64%-88%,总有效率77.4%-98%,死亡率明显下降54%-67%,脑出血显效40%-56.8%,总有效率72.4%-89.5%,死亡率下降45.1%.结论 急性脑血管病应用胰岛素使血糖维持在正常偏低水平,有助于神经功能的改善.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate Low dosage insulin cure curative effect of the Acute brain blood vessel disease. Methods to 86 patients cure actute brain blood vessel disease used insulin result conduct review analyze evaluate. Results 86 patients infarction show effect to 64%-88%.the total have efficiency rate to 77.4%- 98%. The death lower enough to 54%-67%. The brain hemorrhage efficiency rate to 40% -56.8%. Total efficiency rate to 72.4%-89.5%.the dease lower 45.1% Conclusions Acute brain blood vessel disease used insulin to lever blood sugar. Keep lower than normal beneficial nerve ability improving. |
