脊柱骨折的X线和CT扫描影像对比分析

目的：比较和评价常规X线片和CT扫描二种影像学方法在脊柱骨折诊断中的作用。方法：对146例X线片和CT扫描确诊为脊柱骨折的病例进行对比分析。结果：146例中椎体骨折共177个，X线侧位片椎体后缘连线89例呈光滑，48例有不同程度 异常。CT扫描诊断稳定性骨折57例，不稳定性骨折89例。三柱结构损伤的40例中，椎管狭窄31例，无椎管狭窄9例。结论：脊柱外伤性骨折影像诊断应重视常规X线片和CT扫描的互补作用。X线片仍是首选检查方法，发现椎体骨折均应作CT扫描，以判断脊柱骨折的稳定性与并发症情况，指导临床正确处理。

Comparing analysis of X-ray and CT scan in spinal fracture

Objective: To compare the two imaging methods between X-ray and CT scan in diagnosing spinal fracture. Methos: We reviewed 146 cases X-ray and CT scan datas. Result: In all 146 cases 177 spinal column fracture. 89 cases were smooth of the line on side X-ray. 48 cases were abnormal CT scan showed the stable fracture were 57 cases unstable onts 89 cases. Spinal tube stricture were 40 cases, none of them 9 cases. Conclusion: We'd pay attention to the routine X-ray and CT scan in spinal fracture X-ray was the first method, while CT scan can find the stable and unstable fracture.
