PACS系统的发展与问题探讨

目的 探讨PACS(picture archiving and communication system，PACS)的应用及管理。方法 以PACS应用结果为依据并进行分析，对系统进行综合管理。建立了一套科学完善的PACS系统，适应和满足了目前数字化医院的高需求。并为将来进一步的应用提供了良好的应用条件，为院内实现图像、信息、病人资料等方面的共享与传输提供了保障，为医院科学化、规范化管理奠定了基础。结果 提高对PACS系统认识，了解PACS在医院中的作用，以选择符合自身情况的工作模式。结论 PACS的建设是要实现全院网络化PACS，在新的世纪到来的信息时代，必然有更多的医院将建设起完善的全科网络化PACS系统，并促进数字化医院的发展和建设。

Development and management of PACS system

Objective To investigate the application and management of the PACS.Method PACS was synthetically managed according to the analysis based on application report.An advanced PACS was set up to fully meet the high standard requirement of E-hospital.It is the good foundation for advanced application was build to realize sharing and transmission of image,information,and patient data within the hospital.It is the base of establishing the standardizing management of the hospital.Results Better understanding of the role of PACS ystem in hospital helps to design mode of work suitable for the actual situation.Conclusions In a new information century,we must push the development of PACS across the healthcare enterprise,which is a vital part of digital hospital.
