综合减肥处方对肥胖青少年女学生身体形态的影响

目的研究综合减肥处方对肥胖青少年女学生身体形态的影响,为推动全民健康减肥提供科学参考依据。方法抽取单纯性肥胖女学生60名,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用不同有氧运动、合理饮食、心理矫正等疗法进行为期10个月的减肥活动,对试验对象形体指标进行试验前、中、后的比较与分析。结果经过10个月的试验,女学生平均体重降低3.8 kg,其BMI、腰围、臀围、腰/臀围、肱三头肌和肩胛下皮褶厚度较减肥前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论综合医学减肥处方具有明显地控制体重、减少体内脂肪,并能改善其形体的作用,是一种见效快、简易方便、效果好、无副作用的好方法。

Impact of comprehensive intervention therapy of reducing fat on the body shape of adolescent female students with simple obesity

Objective To study the body shape by comprehensive intervention therapy of reducing fat in female students,so as to provide scientific reference for promoting fat reduction in all people.Methods Sixty adolescent female students with simple obesity were singled out and divided into two groups.In the observed group,comprehensive measures including the aerobic exercise,reasonable diet,behavior modification and medical supervision were applied in 30 students for 10 months,and their figure change indexes were compared and analyzed before test,during test and after test respectively.Results After 10 month,the weight in observed group reduced by 3.8kg,at the same time BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,leg circumference,waist/hip ratio,skin folds of triceps,subscapularis decreased obviously after reducing fat(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention therapy of reducing fat obviously may reduce the body weight and improve figure shape.The comprehensive intervention therapy of reducing fat of rational is a safe and valid method.
