MSX-1在腭突间充质细胞中表达的改变及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨MSX基因对腭突未分化间充质细胞生物学行为的影响 ,明确MSX基因在腭裂发生中的意义。方法 MTT方法观察对照组、RA处理组细胞的增殖变化 ,原位杂交检测两组细胞中MSX基因扩增水平的变化。结果 浓度为 1× 10 -8mol /L的RA明显抑制腭突细胞的增殖 ,MSX基因表达阳性。结论 提示RA通过诱导MSX基因的表达而抑制细胞增殖 ,在腭裂发生过程中MSX基因是RA发挥生物学作用的靶基因

Abstract:objective To observe the effects of MSX gene on cells derived from undiffereniation ectodermal palatal mesenchyme and discusses the significance of MSX gene during developing of the cleft palate.Methods To observe the proliferation of the cells by MTT and the expression of MSX gene in the cells between RA treated and control group. Result The proliferation of the cells in RA treated group was significantly inhibited and the level of MSX gene expression was abundant comparing with control group. Conclusion RA inhibited the proliferation of palatal mesenchymal cells through changing the expression of MSX gene. MSX gene was the target gene of the RA during it induced the development of cleft palate.
