原子吸收法和甲醛肟法检测发锰含量结果的对比

摘    要:目的研究确定火焰原子吸收法替代甲醛肟法测定发锰的可行性。方法取不同锰含量的头发样品,分别进行火焰原子吸收法和甲醛肟法检测,对结果进行对比。结果这2种方法检测结果的配对t检验,t=0.286,P>0.05。其结果差异无统计学意义。结论火焰原子吸收法在发锰的检测中可以替代甲醛肟法。

Abstract:[Objective] To explore the feasibility of using flame atomic absorption method instead of formaldehyde method to determine manganese in hair.[Methods] 20 hair samples with different manganese contents were collected and determined with the two methods;the results were compared.[Results] No significant difference was found in the result(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Formaldehyde method can be used to replace flame atomic absorption method in the determination of manganese in hair.
