上海市区非吸烟女性肺癌病例对照研究的多因素分析

摘    要:目的:为了进一步探索、验证上海市区非吸烟女性肺癌的危险因素。方法:1992年2月-1993年12月在上海市区进行女性肺癌的病例对照研究,共调查非吸烟女性肺癌病例498例及人群对照595例。结果:烹调油烟、腌制品摄入、工作环境烟草烟雾和肺癌家族史增加上海市区非吸烟女性肺癌的危险性,而饮茶,尤其是饮绿茶和新鲜瓜果,蔬菜的摄入和非吸烟女性肺癌呈负相关关系。结论:烹调油烟、腌制品、工作环境烟草烟雾和肺癌家族史可能是上海市区非吸烟女性肺癌的主要危险因素,而饮茶、多吃新鲜瓜果蔬菜对非吸烟女性肺有保护作用。

Abstract:ve To explore the possible risk factors oflung cancer among non-smoking females in Shanghai.Methods Apopulation-based case-control study inolving interviews with 498new cases and 595 controls aged 35-69 years was carried out fromFebruary 1,1992 to December 31,1993,A structured questionnairewas used to collect information.Results The results of multivariateanalysis showed that cooking oil fumes,environmental tobaccosmoking(ETS)at workplace,familial history of lung cancer andconsumpion of pickle were associated with elevated risk of femalelung cancer.Higher body mass index,green tea drinking,higherconsumption of fresh fruit and vegetable were observed with reducedrisk of female lung cancer.The PAR% of exposure to cookingfumes,consumption of pickle,environmental tobacco smoking atworkplace and familial history of lung cancer were32.0%,24.l%, 6.1% and 5.2%, respectively.The Preventive Fraction(PF)of frequent consumption of fruit and tea drinking were l6.0% and 9.6%. Conclusion Exposure to fumes from cooking oil,ETSat workplace,familial history of lung cancer and consumption of pickle may be important risk factors in causing lung cancer amongnon-smoking women.Green tea drinking,comsumption of fruit and vegetable have protective effects on lung cancer risk.
