肾移植2 549例次临床护理回顾

目的 回顾1978年6月至2003年3月2549例次肾移植患的护理。方法 收集和分析2549例次肾移植患的临床资料，在此基础上，总结实施护理干预措施对肾移植患治疗、预后、生存率、感染率及远期生活质量所产生的影响。结果 (1)制定肾移植术后利尿期补液顺序表。(2)建立患体内致病微生物监测体系和不断改进消毒隔离技术。(3)制定肾移植术后早期高蛋白饮食治疗方案。(4)加强心理护理。(5)指导早期康复活动。结论 完善的肾移植术后护理措施对患的治疗、预后有积极影响，对提高生存率、降低感染率、提高远期生活质量有重要意义。

A Review of Nursing Practices with 2 549 Kidney Transplantation Recipients

Objective To review the nursing practices with 2 549 patients who received kidney transplantation in this center from June 1978 to March 2003.Methods The clinical data of the 2 549 patients were thoroughly reviewed and the influence of the nursing practices on the survival,infection and prognosis of these recipients was evaluated.Results (1)A flow chart for fluid replacement was formulated for kidney transplantation recipients who were in diuretic stage;(2)A monitoring system for microbes within the patients was established and the techniques of disinfection and quarantine were improved;(3)High protein diet therapy was designed for patients who were in the early period of transplantation;(4)Psychological nursing was strengthened;(5)Patients were directed to take early rehabilitation exercises, which produced a marked effect.Conclusions Nursing practice after kidney transplantation is one of the key factors contributing to the rehabilitation of patients undergoing kidney transplantation.The improvement of nursing practice is important in reducing infections, increasing survival and raising the life quality of kidney recipients.
