预防造影剂肾病的护理流程管理体会

目的:提高预防造影剂肾病危险因素的护理流程管理效果。方法:根据造影剂肾病的危险因素,评估并筛选出高风险的患者,加强水化疗法、血糖和血压控制、饮食指导和造影剂肾病的监测。结果:造影剂肾病患者均在风险评估高风险之列;患者静脉水化和饮水水化的执行率、尿常规和肾功能检测及时准确率、患者血糖及时准确监测率、患者术后血压异常升高、护士及时观察、记录和报告率、患者术后正确选择饮食率均较前提高。2008年度我病区造影剂肾病的发生率为4.12%,较前下降40%。结论:护理流程管理能更好地预防和监控造影剂肾病的发生。

Expetience of the nursing step mangent of prevention contrast-induced nephropathy.

Objective：To improve the prevention of contrast induced nephropathy（CIN）risk factors of process management critical care.Methods：According to the risk factors of CIN,to evaluate and select high-risk patients,to enhance hydration therapy,blood glucose and blood pressure control,diet guidance and monitoring of CIN over the management of critical care procedures.Results：According to risk assessment,CIN patients are all in the high-risk list.Patients with intravenous hydration and hydration rate of implementation of drinking water,urine and renal function in a timely and accurate detection rates,timely and accurate monitoring of blood glucose in patients and the rate of patients with abnormal blood pressure that the nurses observed recorded and reported,the rate of patients with the right choice of diet were all higher than before.Conclusion：In the year 2008,the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy was 4.1% declined over the previous by 40% in our ward.Nursing step mangent could prevent the occur rate of contrast-induced nepphropathy.
