| 摘 要： | 采用自身对照法,观察了茶色素对高脂血症的临床疗效,结果表明,29例患者服茶色素1个月后,改善血清胆固醇(TC)总有效率为63.2％,改善甘油三脂(TG)总有效率为50.0％,改善高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)总有效率为76.4％。对血脂异常的改善幅度分别为:TC下降15.9％,TG下降20.5％,HDL-C升高30.3％,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。可见,茶色素治疗高脂血症疗效好,且无毒、副作用,是目前一种较为理想的血脂调节药物。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the effect of Chasesu on hyperlipemia,29 cases of this syndrome were observed in the paper,One month treatment with chasesu was adopted for this group of hy-perlipemia. The result showed that the decreasing rate of TG and TC was 50 percent and 74.6 percent respectively,while HDL -C in 76.4 percent of cases was significantly improved. Contrasted by themselves,before and after treatment, the decreasing degree of TC and TG was 15.9% and 20.4% respectively accompanied with 30.3% rising degree of HDL-C. (P<0.05).The auther considers that chasesu is an effective drug in the treatment of hyperlipemia without any side effect. |
