胆囊肿瘤细胞DNA含量的测定及其意义

应用流式细胞术的方法，对４６例胆囊肿瘤的石蜡包埋组织（其中３６例胆囊癌，１０例胆囊腺瘤），５例正常胆囊组织细胞ＤＮＡ含量、细胞Ｓ期百分比（Ｓ％）、细胞增殖指数（ＰＩ）进行分析。３６例胆囊癌中，ＤＮＡ异倍体率为５８．３％（２１／３６），胆囊腺瘤及正常胆囊组织细胞ＤＮＡ均为二倍体。胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤细胞的ＰＩ及Ｓ％均高于正常胆囊组织细胞（Ｐ＜０．０１），这表明胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤细胞增殖活跃，３６例胆囊癌中，有３例为腺瘤癌变，因此胆囊腺瘤组织具有恶性变的潜能。胆囊癌的组织类型、组织学病理分级、Ｎｅｖｉｎ分级与Ｓ％、ＰＩ、ＤＮＡ倍体的性质无关，胆囊癌患者的预后与ＤＮＡ倍体的性质无关。

DNA Content Measurement in Gall Bladder Tumors and Its Clinical Significance

In this study we qantitatively analysed DNA content,PI and S% from 46 cases of gall bladder tumors(36 gall bladder carcinoma,10 gall bladder adenoma)and 5 normal gall bladder in paraffin embedded tissues were analyzed by flow cytometry.The results indicated that DNA aneuploid rate was 58.3%(21/36)in bladder carcinomas,both gall bladder adenoma and normal tissue cell DNA content were diploid.PI and S% were higher in all gall bladder tumors than in normal tissue cell( P <0.01).This implied that gall bladder carcinoma and adenoma cell proliferation were active.Among 36 cases of gall bladder carcinoma 3 cases developed from adenoma.There was no correlation between tissue type,Nevin stage,pathologic histology type,prognosis and S%,PI,DNA content.
