摘 要: | 目的探讨低体温对血液有形成分的影响。方法实验动物为健康雄性wistar大鼠,随机分为11个组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅺ组为实验组。实验组大鼠单笼置寒冷环境模拟实验室中于-30℃环境进行冷暴露,Ⅱ-Ⅳ组为低体温组,分别于-30℃冷暴露30、60、80min;Ⅴ-Ⅺ组为低体温后复温组,于-30℃冷暴露80min后室温自然复温,分别复温4、8、12,16、24、72、120h,采血测定血液有形成分数量。结果-30℃冷暴露30min,血液中WBC、RBC、PLT数量均增多;冷暴露80min3项指标均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);至复温120h,WBC、PLT数量始终较对照组增高,RBC数量呈现波动变化。结论低体温可引起WBC、RBC、PLT3种血液有形成分数量明显变化,为低体温机制的研究和治疗效果的评价提供参考指标。

Abstract: | Objective] To explore the effect of hypohermia on the blood visible components of rats. Methods] Ninety healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into eleven groups. Group I and group Ⅱ -XI were for control group and experimental group respectively. The rats of experimental groups were exposed to cold condition at the temperature of - 30 ℃, the rats of group Ⅱ -Ⅳ ( hypothermia group ) were exposed over a period of 30 min, 60 min and 80 min respectively. Group V - XI ( rewarming group ) rewarmed in room temperature for 4hours, 8hours, 12hours, 16hours, 24hours, 72hours and 120hours respectively after 80min exposure. The counts of blood visible components collected from the rats were measured. Results] After 30min exposure, the counts of WBC, RBC and PLT increased. After 80rain exposure the counts of WBC, RBC and PLT were significantly higher than those of control groupl P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ). After rewarming for 120 hours, the level of WBC, PLT counts were always higher than the control group but RBC count showed fluctuant changes. Conclusion] The significant change of counts of blood visible components such as WBC, RBC, PLT caused by hypothermia provide reference for hypothermia mechanism research and evaluation of treatment effect. |
