多西他赛联合顺泊治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌46列临床观察

目的观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对经细胞学或组织学证实的46例非小细胞肺癌患者给予多西紫杉醇+顺铂联合化疗。结果全组完全缓解2例,部分缓解19例,稳定18例,进展7例,总有效率为45.65%,最常见的不良反应为骨髓抑制,不良反应均可耐受。结论艾素(多西他赛)联合顺泊治疗NSCLC疗效好,不良反应可以耐受,有生存优势,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of 46 Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated by Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatin

Objective To investigate the efficiency and adverse side of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in treating non-smallcell lung cancer. Method 46 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were treated with docetaxel and cisplatin. Results 2 cases has complete remission,19 cases has partial remission, 18 cases were stable, and 7 cases were out of control. The total control rate was 45.65 %. The most common adverse sides were bone marrow suppression ,all the adverse sides were tolerant. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin in treatment for NSCLC is effective.
