摘    要:目的:探讨希氏束旁旁道射频消融的疗效和安全性。方法:12例经心内电生理检查确诊的希氏束旁旁道的患者,其中显性旁道4例,隐匿性旁道8例。采用在窦律下,温控55-60℃,能量15-50 W消融。结果:12例患者均消融成功。1例出现一过性三度房室传导阻滞,1例出现完全性右束支传导阻滞,其余10例无术后并发症。结论:在精确的标测和窦律、低能量下消融希氏束旁旁道是安全有效的。

Radiofrequency catheter ablation of parahisian accessory pathway

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation of parahisian accessory pathway. Methods: 12 patients diagnosed as parshisian accessory pathway by intracardiac electrophysiologic study were investigated. Of them, 4 patients presented with manifested accessory pathways, 8 concealed accessory pathways. All accessory pathways were ablated with temperature controlled between 55 -60℃ and energy between 15 - 50W at sinus rhythm. Results: Radiofrequency catheter ablation was successful in all 12 patients. Of them, one patient appeared transient complete atrioventricutar block, one patient developed completed right bundle branch block. Other 10 patients showed no complications. Conclusion: Radiofrequency catheter ablation of parahisian accessory pathway is safe and effective under accurate mapping and low energy at sinus rhythm.
