奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床价值

目的:研究奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2011年2月～2012年4月应用奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡186例的临床价值,并检测患者服药后的药物不良反应。结果:患者服用奥美拉唑1～7天后,左上腹部疼痛症状消失。服用28天后,总有效率为92.47%,胃溃疡愈合率为87.61%,幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)根除率为90.23%,药物不良反应发生率为1.07～2.15%。结论:奥美拉唑对治疗胃溃疡有较大的价值,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Value of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

Purpose:Study of omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer clinical value.Materials and Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011February ～ 2012April application of omeprazole in the treatment of 186 cases of gastric ulcer clinical value,and the detection of patients after medication adverse drug reaction.Results:Patients taking omeprazole for 1～ 7days later,the left upper abdominal pain symptoms disappeared,taking for 28 days,the total efficiency of 92.47%,gastric ulcer healing rate was 87.61%,HP eradication rate was 90.23%,the incidence of adverse drug reactions of 1.07～ 2.15%.Conclusion:Omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer has a larger value,it is worthy of clinical application.
