针灸联合中药分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸联合中药分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果，总结治疗经验。方法：将80例符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组采用针灸联合中药治疗，对照组采用中药治疗，10天为1疗程，观察2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1疗程、2疗程后的JOA评分、VAS目测表评分及临床疗效的评价。结果：结果显示经治疗后，两组患者的症状与治疗前比较，均有显著改善（P〈0．05），但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：应用针灸联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效，无并发症，值得临床推广应用。

Sub-stages using acupuncture combined Chinese materia medica of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion to observe the clinical efficacy

Objective：To explore the clinical result of sub-stages using acupuncture combined Chinese materia medica of treat- ment on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, and sum up the treatment experience. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar inter- vertebral disc protrusion were divided randomly into the investigation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）.The former took the acupuncture combined Chinese materia medica, the latter took the Chinese materia medica, 10 days for 1 course of treatment, observation of two courses. Compared and observed the JOA score,VAS score and the visual form of the evaluation of clinical effieacy of the two groups, before treatment,treatment 1 ,treatment 2 and treatment after. Results ：The results showed that the symptom after treatment, two ~oups of patients and treatment of pre-integrated points of comparison, significant improvement （P 〈 0.05）,but the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions： Application of acupuncture combined Chinese materia medica of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is safe and effective, with no complications, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
