益沐片配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的 观察益沐片配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的减毒增效作用。方法 20例晚期恶性肿瘤联合化疗的同时口服益沐片。与同期20例单纯化疗进行了对照研究，观察治疗效果和毒副作用。结果 近期疗效，治疗组的有效率为40％，临床受益率为80％，6个月和1年生存率分别是87.5%和66.7%；单纯化疗组的有效率为30％，临床受益率为75％，6个月和1年生存率分别是55.5%和14.3%。生活质量变化，治疗组食欲、体重及Kps评分中的稳定及增加的例数均高于对照组。毒副反应，治疗组消化道反应和白细胞降低均低于对照组。结论 益沐片配合联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤可以明显地提高疗效和生存率，改善生活质量，降低化疗的毒副反应。

Clinical observation of EEM tablet combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced cancer

Objective To observe the effects of EEM,a extract of edible mushroom,combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced cancer.Methods Twenty patients with advanced concer in treatment group were treated by EEM tablets combined with chemotherapy,and other twenty patients with advanced cancer in control group were treated only by chemotherapy.Results The total effective rate,clinical beneficial rate,6 month survival rate and 1 year survival rate in treatment group were 40%,80%,87.5% and 66.7% respectively,as compared with 30%,75%,55.5% and 14.3% in control group respectively.The indexes of improvement of appetite,body weight increment and Karnofsky (Kps) scores in treatment group were better than those in control group.Conclusion EEM combined with chemotherapy could increase curative effect and survival rate,and improve the quality of life and alleviate side effect of chemotherapy.
