膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p53和PCNA表达的关系及其临床意义

目的　研究同一膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p5 3蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化LDP法检测 86例膀胱癌组织中p5 3蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果　 86例膀胱癌组织中p5 3、PCNA的阳性表达率分别为 4 6 . 5 1%及 5 1 .16 % ,p5 3和PCNA的表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期和患者术后生存率均呈正相关。PCNA表达强度受p5 3表达强度的影响。结论　p5 3基因与PCNA可能通过对细胞增殖周期的调控 ,参与膀胱癌的发生与发展 ,二者的异常表达对估计膀胱癌的恶性程度、推测预后、术后随访及治疗均有一定的指导意义。

Expression of p53 and PCNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and their clinical significance

Objective To study the correlation between p53 and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in the same bladder transitional cell carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expression of p53 and PCNA in 86 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical LDP methods.Results Positive expression rates of p53 and PCNA in the 86 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were 46.51%,51.16%, respectively.The expression of p53 and PCNA was positively correlated to the pathologic grade, clinical stage and postoperational survival rates.The intensity of PCNA expression was influenced by p53 protein expression.Conclusion The gene of p53 protein and PCNA may be involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of bladder transitional cell carcinoma by means of the regulation to cell proliferative cycle.Abnormal expression of P53 protein and PCNA might be of value in the tumor differentiation, the assessment of prognosis, follow-up after operation, and treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
