苯那普利联合银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

目的：观察苯那普利联合银杏达莫注射液对糖尿病。肾病（DN）患者蛋白尿、肾功能以及血液流变学指标的影响。方法：75例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予饮食控制、降糖、降脂等常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上给与苯那普利和银杏达莫注射液治疗，疗程共12周，分别观察治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、血脂和肾功能以及UAER和血液流变学参数的变化。结果：治疗12周后，两组患者空腹血糖控制良好，治疗组患者UAER较对照组明显下降，分别为314．62±49．83mL／min和282．97±36．62mL／min，治疗组患者肾功能和血液流变学参数较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论：苯那普利联合银杏达莫注射液能明显改善糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学参数，提高。肾脏功能，减少24h尿蛋白。

The Clinical observation of Benazepril Combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

To observe the effects of benazepril combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Seventy-five patients with diabetic nephropathy（Mogensen IV stage）were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 37 patients in control group were treated by routine methods, such as diet control and blood glucose control. Meanwhile,the other 38 patients in treatment group, on the basis of routine treatment were treated by benazepril 10-20 mg,and ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection 20 mL,once a day,with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups. The FBG, blood lipid（TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C）, BUN, Scr and index of blood hemorheology were detected before and after teatment. Results： In all cases, the level of FBG decreased after 12 weeks treatment for. In the treatment group, The level of UAER decreased obviously, with value 314.62 ± 49.83 mL/ min and 282.97 ±36.62 mL/min respectively, compared with the control group. Moreover, the index of blood hemorheology and the value of BUN and Scr were improved significantly than those of in control group. Conclusion：The benazepril combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has a more prominently effect on diabetic nephropathy.
