彩超检查腹内疝并发肠梗阻的临床价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(简称彩超)检查在诊断腹内疝并发肠梗阻中的价值。方法:回顾性分析15例经手术证实的腹内疝并发肠梗阻的声像图特征。结果:15例彩超均提示肠梗阻,其中11例提示肠绞窄均得到手术证实,准确率73.3%(11/15),腹内疝并发肠梗阻彩超主要表现为小肠局限性或较大范围的肠管扩张,绞窄处肠管变窄,肠内容物通过受阻;少量广泛性或局限性腹腔积液;梗阻部位肠壁水肿增厚,肠管蠕动减弱或消失。结论:彩超检查是腹内疝并发肠梗阻的有效方法,为临床提供了准确的有价值的参考信息。

Color Doppler ultrasound examination of interabdominal hernia with intestinal obstruction

Objective：Exploring color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraabdominal hernia with the value of intestinal obstruction.Methods：15 cases were confirmed by surgery analysis of intraabdominal hernia with intestinal obstruction of ultrasonographic feature.Results：15 cases,which suggests the obstruction to 11 cases strangulation are confirmed,accurate rate 73.3%（11/15）,intraabdominal hernias concurrent intestinal obstruction is mainly to exceed small limitation or larger bowel expansion in narrow,strangulation bowel obstruction,colon content.A diffuse or limitation abdominal effusion,bowel obstruction of the parts,bowel peristalsis edema thickening,weakened or lost.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound examination is the internal hernias with obstruction of effective method for accurate clinical provides valuable reference information.
