血液透析相关性低血压的观察及护理

目的　探讨血液透析相关性低血压发生的原因和护理措施。方法　采用静滴高渗溶液 ,提高透析液钠浓度 ,减慢透析脱水速度等措施纠正透析相关性低血压 ;采用控制脱水速度 ,低温透析 ,合理使用降压药和镇静剂 ,改变透析模式 ,健康教育等方法预防透析相关性低血压。结果　维持血液透析病人 473例 ,共行 2 3782次血透 ,15 38次 (6 5 % )发生透析相关性低血压 ,治疗处理后 ,1339例次 (87 1% )血压升高 ,可继续血透 ,199例次 (12 9% )低血压持续 ,需结束血透 ,无 1例死亡。结论　透析相关性低血压发生率高 ,及时处理是纠正低血压的关键

Nursing of Hemodialysis-related Hypotension

Objective To study the causes of hemodialysis-related hypotension and its nursing.Methods Patients with hemodialysis-related hypotension received the treatment,including administrating hypertonic solution via veins,increasing sodium concentration of dialysate,decreasing the removing fluid rate.We adopted many management to prevent hemodialysis-related hypotension,such as setting proper removing fluid rate,hypothermia dialysis,properly administrating decompression drugs and sedative agents,alteration of hemodialysis patterns,healthy education,and so on.Results Among 473 patients with maintenance hemodialysis,1 538/23 782(6.5%) cases and/or times developed hemodialysis-related hypotension,and the hypotension was corrected in 1 339 of them (87.1%) and hemodialysis treatment could be continued,and the hypotension lasted in 199 (12.9%) and hemodialysis treatment was stopped after above treatments.Conclusion The incidence of hemodialysis-related hypotension is high.The key to correct hypotension is the wrgent treatment.
