内固定结合椎体成形术与单纯内固定治疗脊柱骨折的临床对比研究

目的探讨内固定结合椎体成形术与单纯内固定治疗脊柱骨折的可行性比较。方法将66例胸腰椎骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组30例行单纯内固定,治疗组36例行内固定结合椎体成形术,对比两组的临床疗效、临床指标及Frankel分级。结果治疗后,所有患者的Frankel分级均优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组的临床疗效及指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折,符合生物力学特征,可有效地改善患者的临床症状及体征。

Clinical Comparison of Simple Internal Fixation and Fixation Combined with Vertebral Plasty in Treatment of Vertebral Fracture

Objective To Comparatively study the internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty and simple internal fixation for the treatment of spinal fracture and the feasibility.Methods 66 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were divided into two groups:30 cases of the control group were treated with simple internal fixation,36 patients of the treatment group were treated with internal fixation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty,the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and Frankel classification of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,Frankel grade of all the patients were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group and index were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous internal fixation combined with vertebral plasty in treatment of vertebral fracture,which meets the biomechanical features,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.
