功能性鼻内镜术后术腔两种填塞物的对比研究

目的比较Medtronic高膨胀海绵与凡士林纱条两种鼻腔填塞止血材料应用于鼻内镜术后鼻腔鼻窦填塞的止血效果。方法将行功能性鼻内镜手术治疗的180例慢性鼻窦炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例,观察组术后填塞Medtronic高膨胀止血海绵,对照组术后填塞凡士林纱条,观察并记录两组填塞期间及抽出鼻腔填塞物时的出血量,比较两组术后鼻部、头部胀痛及全身反应情况,应用SPSS 15.0统计软件行配对t检验和秩和检验并对结果进行数据分析。结果观察组填塞期间及取出填塞物时出血量分别为(1.5±1.2)mL和(3.5±2.5)mL,明显低于对照组(5.1±3.5)mL和(10.6±5.9)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且术后鼻部、头部胀痛以及全身反应较对照组轻微,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Medtronic高膨胀止血海绵是一种良好的术腔填塞材料。

Comparsion of Two Packing Hemostatic Materials after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective To discuss the hemostasis effects of two kinds of haemostatic materials in nasal sinus after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 180 patients were adopted in this study and randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in observation group were packed with Medtronic merocel sponge,90 cases in control group with vaseline gauze,the nasal pain and haemostasis effect after the package removal were observed.The symptoms such as bleeding from nasal cavity,headache,edema of nasal mucous membrane and so on were observed and compared.Application SPSS 15.0 to carry out paired t-test and rank sum test.Results The bleeding during and remove the stuffing of observation group were(1.5±1.2) mL and(3.5±2.5) mL,lower than the(5.1 ± 3.5) mL and(10.6 ± 5.9) mL of control group(P<0.01),and the postoperative nasal,head pain and systemic less than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Medtronic merocel sponge packing is much better than vaseline gauze to recover the patients after endoscopic sinus surgery.
