| 原发性粒细胞肉瘤误诊1例及文献复习 |

| 摘 要： | 目的分析病例和复习文献提高对原发性粒细胞肉瘤(PGS)的临床病理特征、诊断和治疗的认识。方法回顾性分析1例PGS患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果 PGS以局部孤立性肿物为首发表现,病理显示核仁小,髓过氧化物酶(MPO)阳性有重要诊断意义。结论 PGS由于临床少见,诊断主要依靠免疫组织化学,尤其是对于MPO阳性者,必要时可加做髓系相关抗原,明确治疗方法与急性髓系白血病相似。

1 Case of Primary Granulocytic Sarcoma Misdiagnosis and the Literature Review |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve understanding of the clinical and pathological features,diagnosis and treatment of primary granulocytic sarcoma(PGS) through analyzing cases and literature review.Methods 1 case of PGS was studied retrospectively of clinical characteristics,and related literatures were reviewed.Results The initial presentation of PGS was local isolated tumor.The pathology showed that the nucleolus was small,myeloperoxidase(MPO)-positive had great diagnostic significance.Conclusion Immunohistochemistry is the main diagnostic tool because the primary granulocytic sarcoma was rare.Especially when the MPO is positive,the myeloid-associated antigen can be added for diagnosis.Treatment of PGS is similar to that of acute myeloid leukemia. |
