| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复训练联合肩托对脑卒中偏瘫后患者肩痛的影响。方法将80例脑卒中偏瘫后患者随机分为两组,各40例,对照组行康复训练,治疗组联合肩托,对比两组数字评价量表(NRS)疼痛评分和临床疗效的变化。结果治疗组的肩功能优良率、NRS疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合肩托治疗脑卒中偏瘫可有效减轻患者的肩部疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training combined with shoulder pad on shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 80 patients after stroke were divided into two groups,the control group of 40 cases received routine rehabilitation training,the treatment group of 40 cases received the training combined with shoulder pad,NRS pain score,clinical effect changes of the two groups were compared.Results Excellent and good rate and NRS of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rehabilitation training combined with shoulder pad can effectively relieve the shoulder pain of patients after stroke. |
