依帕司他联合肌氨肽苷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察

目的探讨依帕司他联合肌氨肽苷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选择2010年9月至2011年9月在四平市中心人民医院住院治疗的90例DPN患者进行回顾性分析。上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,观察组采用依帕司他联合肌氨肽苷治疗,对照组采用依帕司他治疗,疗程均为4周,观察两组的疗效及治疗前后的神经反射情况。结果在症状改善程度方面,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组DPN患者治疗后的神经传导速度均较治疗前有所改善,但观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他联合肌氨肽苷治疗DPN具有较好的临床疗效。

Observation on Epalrestat Combined with Muscle Ammonia Peptide Glycosides Clinical Efficacy for the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of epalrestat combined with muscle ammonia peptide glycosides for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Retrospective analysis on 90 DPN cases treated by Siping Central People′s Hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 was done.The 90 patients were divided into the observation group and control group of 45 cases each,and the observation group was given epalrestat combined with muscle ammonia peptide glycosides treatment,while the control group was treated with epalrestat therapy.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks,and the reflex status before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results The degree of improvement in symptoms saw a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);NCV of both groups improved after treatment,but improvement of the observation group was more obvious than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Epalrestat combined with muscle ammonia peptide glycosides treatment for DPN has better clinical efficacy.
