肾康注射液治疗移植肾损伤的临床研究

目的观察肾康注射液对肾移植术后肾损伤的影响。方法 42例移植肾后肾损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组加用肾康注射液,观察用药前后血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素C(Cyst C)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UP)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)等指标的变化。结果观察组临床总有效率为86.36%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BUN、Scr、Cyst C、24 h UP显著降低,eGFR显著升高,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肾康注射液能保护肾脏移植后肾损伤的肾功能,延缓肾衰竭的进展。

Clinical Observation of Shenkang Injection in Treatment of Transplanted Kidney Damage

Objective To observe the effect of shenkang injection on the renal function after renal transplantation.Methods 42 cases of kidney damage after renal transplantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,on the basis of which the observation group was given extra shenkang injection.Serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(Cyst C),24-hour urinary protein quantity(24hUP) and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was 86.36%,much higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,BUN,Scr,Cyst C,24hUP of the observation group decreased greatly,the eGFR increased greatly,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Shenkang injection can protect renal function of kidney damage after renal transplantation,and delay the progress of renal failure.
