| 摘 要： | 报告1例掌跖部无色素沉着型固定性药疹。患者男，23岁。口服呋喃唑酮4h后掌跖部出现大致对称的红斑．面积1～3cm^2不等，似类圆形或梭形，边界清楚，伴轻度瘙痒。7d后皮损渐消退，原皮损处无任何色素改变。3年内在本次皮损处有3次类似发疹，消退后均未出现色素沉着。呋喃唑酮口服激发试验呈阳性反应，诊断为无色素沉着型固定性药疹。

| Abstract: | A young male presented symmetric erythema on the palms and soles 4 hours after oral administration of furazolidone. The red macules ranged 1-3 cm^2 in size, and the morphology varied from ovary to spindle-like shape with a clear margin. Slight itching was obviously accompanied. The lesions were finally faded away 7 days later without any localized pigmentary changes. There was similar onset of the eruption within recent 3 years. Oral provocation was positive. It was diagnosed as nonpigmenting fixed drug eruption. |
