食管癌贲门癌根治术后并发胆囊结石

目的 探讨食管癌贲门癌术后近期胆囊结石形成的原因。方法 从1993年1月－1998年1月随机选择本院行食管癌贲门癌根治的320例为观察对象及非手术治疗的350例作为对照组，进行动态临床观察。结果 手术组的胆囊容积术后较术前明显增大，与对照组相比有显著差异（P＜0．01），术后近期胆囊结石发生率也明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论 食管癌贲门癌术后对胆囊结石形成有较大影响，同时尽可能采取有效措施减少这一情况的发生。

The formation of gallstone after radical operation of esophagus and cardia carcinoma

Objective To observe the gallstone formation after radical operation for carcinoma of esophagus or cardia.Mothods From January 1993 to January 1998, 320 cases of radical operation for esophageal or cardiac cancers and 350 cases of non-operation were on dynamic observation in clinical practices. Results The postoperative galladder volume was much larger than that of preoperation and aslo much larger than that of non-operation patients(P<0.01).The morbidity of gallstone in early postoperation was increased(P<0.01). Conclusion It indicated that radical operation for carcinoma of esophagus or cardia might have some effects on the formation of gallstone. Some effective measures should be adopted to reduce morbidity of gallstone.
