| 摘 要： | 作者采用整群随机抽样的方法,对青浦县284名老年人进行MMSE、ADL量表测试。结果发现老年人认知功能的损害在性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况方面存在明显差异,而日常生活能力的减退与文化程度联系不密切。认知功能损害与日常生活功能下降呈正相关,但也有部分二者并非平行减退,应引起临床工作者注意。

| Abstract: | 284 aged were evaluated with MMSE and APL with whole random sampling. The results showed that the damage of cognitive function in sex. age. marriage and education level in the old people had significmtly difference. The damage of cognitive function and; the decline of daily life ability were positive correlation. |
