2008年南宁市法定报告乙类传染病疫情分析

目的了解南宁市乙类传染病的流行规律及变化趋势，为今后制定传染病的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法根据国家疾病报告管理信息系统提供的年报表进行统计分析。结果2008年南宁市法定报告乙类传染病年发病率为401．84／10万，与2007年相比上升5．14％。发病率居前5位的疾病分别为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、淋病、痢疾，发病数占乙类传染病总数的97．23％。男性发病率高于女性（P〈0．01），年龄分布以幼儿和老年人为主，职业以农民和散居儿童居多。结论肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、淋病和痢疾是目前危害南宁市居民身体健康的主要传染病病种，提示应加强对肺结核、病毒性肝炎等病的预防控制工作，以降低南宁市乙类传染病的发病率。

Epidemic Analysis of Notifiable Infectious Diseases of Category B in Nanning City in 2008

Objective ] To understand the epidemiological characteristics and changing trends of category B notifiable infectious diseases in Nanning City, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures. Methods] Statistical analysis was performed on the data collected from the National Disease Supervision Information Management System. Results] The incidence of category B notifiable infectious diseases was 401.84/100 000 in Nanning City in 2008, 5.14% higher than the rate in 2007. The top 5 diseases for incidence were tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, syphilis, gonorrhea and dysentery, the above eases occupied 97.23% of total eases of category B. Male patients were more than female（ P 〈0.01） , and the ages distribution was mainly among children and elders, professional to the majority of diaspora children and farmers. Concnlusion] Tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, syphilis, gonorrhea and dysentery are the major infectious diseases which currently endanger the health of residents in Nanning City, it is suggested that tuberculosis, viral hepatitis and other diseases control should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of category B notifiable infectious diseases.
