经尺动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗的安全性和可行性

摘    要:目的评价经尺动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入诊疗的安全性和可行性。方法选取2007年2月~2008年12月我院36例经尺动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗患者,分析手术成功率、X线曝光时间、穿刺部位并发症及住院期间不良事件发生率。结果经尺动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗的手术成功率为100%,X线曝光时间在冠脉造影为5.3±2.2分钟,在介入治疗患者为16.3±8.2分钟,无严重穿刺部位血肿以及住院期间不良事件发生。结论经尺动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊疗是安全可行的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of transulnar catheterization for routine diagnostic and therapeutic coronary interventions. Methods and Results 36 patients underwent transulnar catheterization were chosen between February 2007 and December 2008 in our hospital. The success rate of operation, X-ray exposure time, incidence of entry site complications and major adverse cardiovascular events in hospital were analyzed. Results The success rate of operation was 100%, X-ray exposure time was 5.3±2.2 mins in coronary angiographic patients and 16.3±8. 2 mins in therapeutic coronary interventional patients, there was no entry site complication and major adverse cardiovascular event in hospital. Conclusion Transulnar artery approach is safe and feasible for routine diagnostic and therapeutic coronary interventions.
