| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫法测定２４例哮喘患儿和２０例正常儿童血浆内皮素含量。结果显示哮喘发作期内皮素含量比正常对照组明显增高（ｐ＜０．０１）；哮喘缓解期内序素含量下降，与正常对照组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），表明内皮素在哮喘的发生，发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Serum endothelin in 2 4 asthma children were investigated and were comparedwith normal children.The results showed:when asthma breaked out,endothelin were signifi-cant increased.In relex stage,endothelin were droped.and had not significant difference withnormal children.Endothelin maybe had something to do with asthma's occure. |
