| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化ＳＰ法研究了凋亡蛋白ｂａｘ在慢性乙型肝炎中的表达。结果发现现慢性迁延肝炎和慢性活动性肝炎中肝细胞ｂａｘ表达较正常肝细胞增加，主要以肝细胞坏死和炎细胞浸润区增加为明显。此结果提示，ｂａｘ可能参加与了肝细胞的损伤过程

The expression of bax protein in liver tissues of chronic hepatitis B |

| Abstract: | Expression of bax protein was studied in chronic hepatitis B 14 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH) and 19 cases of chronic active hepatitis (CAH) by immumohistochemistry method.The results showed that expression of bax was higher in CPH and CAH than in normal liver,more expression distributing in the necrotic region and inflammatory cell infilitration region.These findings suggest that bax may be involved in mechanism of hepatocyte injury. |
