摘    要:目的探讨肿瘤标志物糖类抗原153(CA153)和癌胚抗原(CEA)在乳腺癌术后化疗及病情监测中的应用价值。方法检测82例乳腺癌患者化疗前后血清中CA153和CEA,根据世界卫生组织(WHO)实体瘤评价标准来分组,对结果数据进行分析。结果患者化疗后血清CA153和CEA的水平均低于化疗前,临床疗效越好的患者下降水平越明显,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CA153和CEA在化疗前后有显著差异,并且能为监测病情发展提供依据,联合检测更能提高准确率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of tumor markers carbohydrate antigen(CA) 153 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) to postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer and disease condition monitoring. Methods Serum CA153 and CEA in 82 cases of breast cancer before and after chemotherapy were detected and grouped according to the evaluation standards of solid tumors according stipulated by WHO. The detection results data were analyzed. Results Serum CA153 and CEA levels after chemotherapy were lower than those before chemotherapy. The better the clinical efficacy,the more obvious the levels decreased. Difference before and after chemotherapy showed statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion CA153 and CEA are significantly different before and after chemotherapy,and can provide the basis for monitoring the progression of the disease. The joint detection can increase the accuracy.
