糖化血红蛋白和血糖及血脂联合检测在2型糖尿病诊治中的意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及葡萄糖(GLU)与血脂异常之间的关系,为临床诊断治疗糖尿病血脂异常提供依据。方法 200例2型糖尿病患者及120名健康体检者的空腹HBA1c、GLU、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)各指标进行统计分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者组HbA1c、GLU、TG、LDL-C、TC均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL-C与健康对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HbA1c及血糖与血脂各项目呈一定相关性,监测HbA1c在反映糖尿病控制的同时,也可间接反映糖尿病患者血脂代谢紊乱的控制程度。

Significance of joint detection of glycated hemoglobin, blood glucose and lipids in diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c） and glucose （GLU） with lipid abnormalities in type 2 diabetes to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic dyslipidemia. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes and 120 healthy individuals were detected fasting HBAlc, GLU, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL C） for statistical analysis. Results In the type 2 diabetes group, HbA1c,GLU,TG, LDL- C,TC were higher than those in the control group, showing statistical difference （P〈0.05）, HDL-C and the healthy control group was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. Conclusion HbAle and blood glucose are correlated with various blood lipids indexes to some extent. Monitoring HbA1c reflects the diabetic control, at same time can indirectly reflect the control degree of blood lipid metabolic disorders in the patients with diabetes.
