髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的循证护理

目的 探寻循证护理在髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的影响.方法 将100例髋关节置换术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例；观察组运用循证护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组下肢深静脉血栓形成相关因素及护理效果.结果 髋关节置换术后患者100例,观察组下肢深静脉血栓形成4例,发生率为8％;对照组下肢深静脉血栓形成10例,发生率为20％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用循证护理不仅为临床提供护理依据,提高护理质量,还可以有效降低下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生.

Evidence-based care of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based care in the lower extremity deepvenous thrombosis after hip replacement. Methods 100 cases of hip replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group used the evidence-based care and the control group received the conventional care. The deep venous thrombosis-related factors and nursing effects were observed in the two groups. Results Among 100 cases of hip replacement surgery, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities was 4 cases in the observation group with the incidence rate of 8% and 10 cases in the control group with the incidence rate of 20% ,showing statistical difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The evidence-based care not only provides the nursing evidence for clinical care and increases the nursing quality, but also effectively reduces the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
