辩证运用长圆针治疗中风偏瘫后肩-手Ⅰ期综合征

目的评价长圆针治疗中风偏瘫后肩-手综合征I期的近、远期疗效及安全性;探讨长圆针治疗的辩证思路。方法将50例中风偏瘫后肩-手综合征Ⅰ期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予长圆针治疗,对照组予穴位注射,每周1次,3次后观察其肩关节疼痛及活动度改善情况,并在3个月后随访。结果 50例患者经过3次治疗:①治疗组和对照组VAS评分较疗前均有下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗组肩部活动度评分,在治疗后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④3个月后随访,治疗组在VAS评分上低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辩证运用长圆针治疗中风偏瘫后肩-手Ⅰ期综合征有良好的临床疗效,对脑卒中后康复有积极意义。

Dialectical applieation of long round needle to treat with stroke after hemiplegia shoulderhand stage I syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of long-round needle therapy for SHS period Ⅰ,and look into the future on that.Methods 50 patients,were randomized into trial group and control group.Trial group were treated by long-round needle therapy.After one period,the clinical effect was evaluated.Long-term effects were observed at the follow-up in 3 months.Results After one period of treatment: ①VAS of trial group and control group were both lower than before,with statistical differential(P<0.05),but the VAS-difference of the two groups has statistical differential(P<0.05)but the VAS-difference of the two groups had statistical differential(P<0.05) ②The shoulder movement was improved distinctly than control group and had statistical differential(P<0.05)③ The effective rate of trial group and control group were 95% and 65%,with statistical differential(P<0.05)④At follow up,VAS of trial group was lower than control group and its satisfaction index of patients was higher than control group,both with statistical differential(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with acu-point injection,there are distinctly effects of the shoulder pain,shoulder movement on long-round needle therapy for SHS period Ⅰ,Moreover,its long-dated effect is credible.It has active significance to rehabilitation of stroke patients.
