肿瘤患者输血前和手术前相关血液传染病检测分析及意义

目的 了解肿瘤患者输血前和手术前相关血液传染病发生的情况及意义.方法 对1862例输血前和手术前肿瘤患者的血清进行乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)的检测和分析.结果 1862例受检血清中,HBsAg阳性率占16.48％,抗-HCV阳性率占1.50％,抗TP阳性率占1.88％.抗-HIV不确定病例有1例.结论 为了维护患者的利益,同时也为了加强医护人员自我保护意识,有效防止医疗纠纷的发生,对患者进行输血前和手术前相关传染病检测是非常必要的.

Analysis and significance of testing blood-borne diseases before blood transfusion and surgery for tumor patients

Objective To understand the situation and significance of occurrence of blood-borne diseases before transfusion and surgery in tumor patients.Methods To perform the serum testing and analysis on HBsAg,anti-HCV,syphilis and anti-HIV before blood transfusion and surgery in 1 862 tumor patients.Results Among 1862 cases of serum specimens,HBsAg positive accounted for 16.48%,anti-HCV positive for 1.50% and syphilis positive for 1.88%.1 case was anti-HIV uncertain.Conclusion For preventing occurrence of iatrogenic infection,the patients with infectious disease requiring isolation should be timely isolated.Patients′ daily necessities and medical devices should be strictly sterilized.Medical staffs regularly exposed to blood,body fluids and secretions must be very careful when contacting them.Testing blood-borne diseases is very necessary for the patients before transfusion and surgery to safeguard patients′ interests,simultaneously strengthen the medical staff awareness of self-protection and effectively prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
